Kids get to dress up and go the rounds with their parents on the Tuesday of Basler Fasnacht. The dots ‘n’ spots on the image aren’t dust, but “raeppli” — confetti — which gets thrown around at Fasnacht out of five-and ten-kilo bags. Especially by the kids.
